MELODIC MEDITATIONS
EVERYTHING YOU NEED IS WITHIN YOU
Some time ago, I was given lyrics to a song, and what they said was “I have
everything, even if I might be left with nothing.” This sentence tells you a
truth about yourself: You originated in the divine source and the divine
spirit is within you. Every answer to every question is within you. The
potential for unconditional love is within you. The potential for complete
joy. We used to imagine enlightened people as ascetic monks, sitting in dens
wearing
nothing but a loin cloth. They smiled in complete happiness, even
though they
owned nothing. They had found god within them and that meant
complete happiness.
Now that the whole planet is ascending and people have changed we don’t need
to live an ascetic life in a den anymore to find enlightenment. The
enlightened people of today sometimes look like the friendly cashier in the
supermarket. Find that you have everything because you are everything.

Meditations
make it easy to forget daily stress for ten to thirty minutes.
